Lou Squared Systems Inc. (operating as OfficeEaze) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Our Commitment

We are actively working to improve accessibility across the OfficeEaze platform and website. Our goal is to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

Current Status

We have implemented: - Keyboard navigation support throughout the platform - Screen reader compatible markup with ARIA labels - Sufficient colour contrast ratios (WCAG AA minimum) - Reduced motion support — animations are disabled when the operating system reduced motion setting is enabled - Light and dark mode for visual preference - Skip navigation links for keyboard users - Descriptive alt text on all meaningful images

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them: - Some complex data tables in the payroll module may not be fully optimized for screen readers - PDF documents generated by the platform may not be fully accessible — text versions are available on request
